I just got Jackie Warner's new express workout, and I plan to use it 1x week for the next few weeks.
It packs a BIG punch for 30 minutes. I tried to get through it with 5s, and had to drop to 3s at a couple of points, as well as modify out a round of legs. It's tough and tough cardio. My shoulders were on FIRE.
So, that's my plan. I'll be doing it 1x a week to change things up.
