I've heard that it's good to alternate rotation cycles of heavy lifting to build muscle, with cycles of cardio/muscle endurance workouts to lose body fat. I just finished a month long rotation of heavy weight training with the GS workouts and I am going to transition now to one of Cathe's endurance rotations for at least a month. My question is, how often should I go back to a GS type of rotation?
