Ok, well, again, I will NEVER get hyponatremia. I eat way too much salt for that. Maybe my high water intake is WHY I like salt so much and am heavy with the shaker.?? Hmmm.. I don't supplement, not even with a multi, so that is food for thought.
So you relate to my other thread Lorrie?? Do you get dry and very uncomfortable when you get in a situation where you can't drink your normal amount??
