How much total cardio in 4 day split?

I have just about all of Cathe's DVD's and I'm in need of some new cardio. One DVD I didn't buy is the 4 day split, however. Does anyone know how much cardio is available in that DVD? I couldn't tell by reading the information on it. I am assuming there is a premix with all cardio, but I could be wrong I guess. I'm just bored with what I've been doing. Thanks!
 
Each day has approximately 30 minutes of cardio. There is a Kickbox/Bootcamp cardio premix (53 min) and a step cardio premix (57 min).

I bought 4DS for the step workouts alone and ended up loving the entire thing, weights and all. Well, I don't love Bootcamp. It's my least favorite, but it's still a great workout. I tend to reach for KB and the step cardios if I'm not on a specific rotation. But I don't dread it if BC comes up on my rotation.

There are 4 30 minute cardio workouts on these DVDs - High Impact Step, Low Impact Step, Boot Camp and Kickbox. There are also two premixes of cardio - Double Cardio (57 mins.) with High Impact and Low Impact Step and Cardio Power (53 mins.) with Boot Camp and Kickbox. There is also a Low Impact circuit (69 mins.) with LIS/HIS and BC (round #4) and a Higher Intensity Circuit (65 mins.) with HIS and LIS and BC (round #2).

4DS has my favorite cardio of all time. It's perfect if all you need (or have time for) is 30 minutes but there are also 3 other cardio workouts to layer onto each other if you have more time (or are crazy! ;))

I did the Cardio Power premix this morning (BC and KB cardios together) and I still love it as much as the first time! It certainly got my motor running at 4am!!
