How much time do you spend??

My usual is 1 hr. a day, but I've upped that to 2 hrs. a day because I've been eating WAAAY to much latley, and it shows!!!! I've been trying to get "that part" under control. No more avocados in this house!:9 :(

I do take a rest day once a week, but not always.
 
I usually spend about an hour a day, most days of the week. I sometimes have longer workouts, but they are balanced by shorter ones.

Don't feel that you have to workout for hours each day to get the health benefits especially.
 
On the days I work, about an hour (I work three-four days per week). On my days off I do about 1.5 to 2 hours. I take a rest day every five to six days because that seems to be what my body likes best. I used to think that everyone on this site worked out alot more than I did, but then I realized that everyone does about the same, it just always sounds like so much more when you read what they're doing.
 
About an hour a day. I think a lot depends on the other things in your life. Now I wouldn't take more time away from family but in 07 when I become empty nest :( I'll have lots of free time to work out.

It's important to work out but I'm ok at that level and family is too important to take more time away from!
 
good question i think some of us over do it i know i do sometimes i do a hour and half most days when i feel l i gained or out of shape i will do 2 hours a couple days in a row then back to a hour and half most days
