Hi Cathe, I love your program, you have some killer workouts. I will never be as toned as you but I do want to be fit and I am working
specific muscle groups to tone.
My big concern, for my peace of mind is my weight. I have always worked out, my bone structure is medium, my bra size is 36 "D"
( which does add weight), I am 5'3" in height, and I currently weigh between 124 and 126 depending on water.
I was at a steady 118 for 2 years and then my weight went up a little,
I do work out 3 times a week, first cardio, at least 30 min.s and then weights.
What would you say is a good "ballpark" weight for someone like me??
