how much cardio is best for fat loss?>

In an effort to lose weight, I'm wondering which is better? Lots of cardio and a little weights, or an even distribution of both ( i.e. 3 days of cardio, 3 days of weights)? There's also the shorter cardio + weights like CTX everyday.
 
A think a more even distribution is better. Heavy up on the weights and keep things varied by also including some endurance lifting, circuits, and HIIT. Keeping your body guessing is key. You really have to see how to tweak things so they work best for you. Everyone is a little different in terms of how their bodies will respond. Oh yeah, how could I forget, a clean diet is really imperative for fat loss in this equation. HTH!

I also agree with Boybert. Adding alittle bit of both (cardio + wieght training) is the key. plus adding variety to keep your body guessing is great too. Don't let your body get used to the same things. Change it up every few weeks.

Also, make 1 or 2 of those cardio workouts an interval workout, as they are more efficient calorie burners.
