How many hours a day do you workout?

I work out at least an hour a day/4x's a week! somedays it maybe an hour and a half,and some weeks,5 days a week. If its pretty outside I'd rather go for a walk/run. Kinda depends on my "mood".

Between 60 and 90 min. a day depending on the w/out. I usually take sunday off and sometimes saturday depending on how busy I am. I don't beat myself up over the weekends. I just make sure I have quality w/outs during the week. I am starting the Bootcamp rotation today so my w/outs might be a little longer this month! Wish me luck!

60 - 90 minutes a day, 7 days a week. I don't schedule rest days, but find they tend to happen 2 or 3 days a month.
 
It varies quite a bit.. if I'm not training for something, it's usually 1-1.5 hours/ day 5-6 days a week.

Ideally I like to do 40-45 minutes of cardio and then strength train a body part which can take anywhere from 20-60 minutes depending what body part I am scheduled to work that day.

I firmly believe in a rest day... I find that if I don't get one, I just don't perform very well. ( mentally, I hate taking them, but
physically my body is demanding it.)
