How many days a week do you exercise?

I was also curious as to what others are up to out there.
I do 3 days of STS, on the other 3 days I do an hour of running and an hour of Muay Thai ( fighting) practice.
I always have at least one rest day a week, and on occasion I only do two days of fighting and cut my cardio day a little short if I am feeling tired. So 6 days is my normal activity level .

5-6 days a week, usually for 60 mins each workout. I will either alternate cardio (of varying intensities) with full body weight workouts, or alternate cardio with STS/split-workout days, or do 30 mins cardio + 30 mins weights each day (like 4DS). On my rest days, I will often do longer stretches to relax and stay limber.

If I do any more than that, I feel like it affects my appetite (either physically or mentally) and I eat more than I need...I will especially crave too many carbs.

To me, this question is like the one where someone asks, "What shoes do you wear for running?" ;)

The answer is different for everyone. What works for one person doesn't necessarily work for another. It should be fine tuned for your needs, your lifestyle and your goals.

I work out every day. I run 3 miles a day and do a workout DVD as well. I alternate my workouts between weights, cardio, AWT and Jillian/Bob type workouts. I don't plan a rest day, but if I have to take one because of other commitments, I do so and don't worry about it.

I work out 6-7 days a week and take a rest when I feel my body needs it. A good rule of thumb is to workout "more days than not". So that means if there are 7 days in a week then at least workout 4 of them so that you r expending more than u r resting. I believe in rest days though, as the body will only tear down and not build up without adequate rest.
