I just saw your question. I can tell you that the calorie burn per workout Met value and all of that you can find in the workout manager. Simply click on calendar, then select a date from the calendar and then click add workout, select dvd which will pullup a alphabetical list of Cathe's dvd's find the one you want to choose then click it and that info will fill in for you the calorie burn etc... Also if its a non cathe dvd from the drop down menu you can select other, etc... You will have to fill in the met value, length of workout but it can figure calories burned then. To get met value just find a similar workout of Cathe's to get that met value. Now this is only if its a non cathe dvd workout.
