How long to wait to get contacted by SNM RE: my refund?

It's been nearly 3 days since I first e-mailed about getting my presale money refunded to me, and I've yet to even hear back.

I've since sent 3 more e-mails, in case the first one got lost, but in reality, how often do 3 e-mails not make it to where they are going, when others I've sent all made it there fine.

How long must I wait before I get some reply? I think 56 hours is more than long enough.
 
Many people are just now getting back to work from the holidays. They probably have an overwhelming amount of e-mails to filter through. I've always had top notch customer service with SMN...be patient my friend, I KNOW they'll get back to you. ;)

Not SNM but I thought that I would share my experience. In the past I've had my credit card charges refunded by businesses (?) other than SNM and it has taken 3-5 days to show up. You'll probably see your credit soon. It was good that you sent a follow up e-mail just in case though.

Seems a little long to wait so I hope you hear back now. Just be happy that it is a preorder and they will refund those. I have a friend who bought a Gift Card and now she is financial straits but SNM won't refund her. She wanted the card for the next preorder but they said she was SOOL. I feel for her. She's really in need all of a sudden.

I've checked and we have not received any emails from you. We’re totally up to date on our emails and have already credited everyone who has cancelled. Please make sure you’re emailing the correct address: [email protected] and that your computer does not have a virus. It’s now about 7pm EST and if you email us we will take care of you and get right back to you.

I'm so sorry to hear of your friend's financial woes. Has she considered selling her GC? I've never heard of a business that would give a refund for GC's, but I see no reason why she couldn't sell it to someone else. I'm sure she could find someone who would be interested in it.

I've never heard of companies offering refunds on gift cards either. I would suggest your friend sell the card on the Ya Yas Swap, especially since I don't think the cards can be used for pre-orders. I hope your friend's finances take a turn for the better.

We need more information in order to help you. We need to know when you emailed? Your order number or the email address you used when you emailed us? It may take a day for us to respond, but we are totally uo to date on our customer service emails. It is 6:30pm EST and if you email us now we will try to help you.
