How Long do you think?

I just bought me a new weight bench and I am going to alternate with barbell and hand weights with the weight bench I bought and I add cardio, how long do you think it will take to see some real results? I am tired of sitting here and watching and seeing others get fit I want to get fit again.
 
If you watch your diet and workout consistently, you should see results within 4 weeks. When I cleaned up my diet (6 small meals with protein and carbs) and worked out 6 days per week, I really noticed it a little each week. Good Luck and have fun with it. Melissa
 
You'll notice a difference in how you feel first. You'll see results in your arms pretty quickly, I think. I usually see them toning up within a couple weeks. It depends on your starting point, of course. My stomach usually takes a little bit longer, because that's where my weight goes. Maybe 6 weeks?
