Hi Cathe. Along with many others I just got my HC and my initial thoughts are that I will love it. But if we're resting for about 48 hours between body parts to allow muscle fiber repair, how does that come into play for GS back and GS chest. Can these work outs be done on successive days or should we wait 48 hours between these 2? I look forward to the rotation but want to get started on these before your suggested rotation comes down. Thanks to anybody who has thoughts on this.
