How I can sub gymstyles for the Dec rotation?

I need some advice, I don't have the gymstyles series and it is used heavily in the Dec rotation (as you all know:) ). I have the new series, and I have the power hour dvd with MIS and Bodymax 1. I also have Minna Lessing 1 minute workout. Other than that I have no strength training workouts. I also have access to FitTv.

What should I do I can sub to make this rotation doable? Please help me!:)

Power +
Rhythmic Step
Terminator
Hardcore Xtreme
Minna Lessing 1 minute workout.
 
Well, that will be hard to do with the workouts you have. You could either sub by doing total body weight work such as PH and MIS on the upper body weight work days or you could do the body parts listed using a mix of exercises from PH and MIS going as heavy as you can with good form. For Gym Style Legs you could sub B&G and/or do the lower portion of PH or MIS adding on the floor work from B&G. Or you could always do a lower/cardio premix from the new series or just the lower from BM2.

I'm assuming Power + means you have the Power Hour/Maximum Intensity Strength/Body Max DVD. HTH!

I think you can make due with MIS and the BM2 upper body section (these two w/o's move at a nice pace).

Instead of GS legs you could use MIS lower body + B&G leg presses & floorwork. Or, use B&G adding the leg presses and skipping the abdominal section.

Instead of GS CT you could use MIS chest & triceps sections. You can add the C&T sections from BM2. OR, you can just use the double UB premix C&T sections from BM2 if you want to simplify.

Instead of GS BSB you could use MIS back, shoulders & biceps sections. You can add the BSB sections from BM2. Or, you can just use the double UB premix sections from BM2 if you want to simplify.

Don't miss out on this rotation if you are interested in it; make use of the wokouts that you own, until you cave for more workouts }( .
