How embarrasing

I'm at work and I just went to the bathroom and when I looked in the mirror I had black pen all over the bottom of my cheek. Why do people not point these things out? Who knows how long I've been walking around with it. I noticed it on my shirt too. I think I need to check my appearance more often. Ugh!!!

I suspect your black marker incident is a sign of impending good luck. next time it happens just smile and think positive and if you are feeling froggy, head to a meeting with your marker look and tell everyone it's the new fashion. After all, people wear rings in the lips and pierce their tongues. ;-)
 
Kim, embarrasing? A little, but don't these kind of things keep us humble?!:) I always appreciate someone telling me that I have lipstick on my teeth or the dreaded spinach in the teeth. Funny, it depends on the person I'm talking to whether or not I'll tell them if they have something like that going on.
Hope the ink doesn't stain your shirt.

Do you want to hear embarrassing? Years ago when I worked in the same office as my best friend I sneezed. I thought nothing of it after using a tissue and went on with my work. I soon noticed my friend and another co-worker doing alot of giggling. About 10 minutes later they *finally* told me that I had "remains from my sneeze" on my chin!!!! :eek: :eek: :eek:
 
Ha! I would have told you too because I appreciate it when people point those things out to me. One day I went to a nursery and apparently walked under a hanging basket. A flower "hung" from my hair most of the day before I got home hours later and realized it when I looked in the mirror.
 
Beavs, it's just a way of life for me. :p :) Falling down, split pants, XYZPDQ incidents, projectile lime juice from my Corona, wipeouts while out running...those are some of my signature moves. I say, ya just gotta have a good laugh with it. :)
 
too funny. Last winter my lips felt really chapped and I had "lip tinted" chapstick. I put it on in the car and it felt so relieving I put a lot on, then had to really rub my lips together to rub it all over...well the tint went allllll over my chin and upper lip. I went into about 3 stores before I checked my face in the mirror again. I was horrified!! All those people in the store were probably just laughing and laughing!

My GF did almost the exact same thing...she THOUGHT she was putting Chapstick on while in her car...preceeded to go to a grocery store and then, a bakery. When she got home, her DH said, "What is all over your face???" She about died when she looked in the mirror and realized she used LIPSTICK! YIKES! I also would want to be told.
