I've been trying to figure out how to use this new workout. I'm not very quick in understanding this eventhough I've been reading the forum and the description on the workout.
Is it something I can plan ahead of time (I'm fond of doing that!) and line up disc 1,2,3..... for the whole XTrain workouts?
I mean can I just start with disc 1, press play and get the whole thing done and do the same thing with disc 2, 3, 4 etc the next days until I run out of the discs and start again at disc 1 and so on? Or do I have to put some or may be a lot of thoughts into deciding what to do each day?
