I was thinking of doing this once I get the pryamids due next week.
I plan on alternating the S&H tapes with a little cardio one week, with the pyramids and Muscular Endurance and a little cardio the next week.I was thinking of doing this for about a month.
Do you think I'll make some good muscle gains on this? Since I don't have the pryamids yet, I can't really tell. I'd like to make some good gains since I've been such a slacker during and now after the hollidays.
