How does Cathe count when Cedie isn't there??

I was just wondering while I was doing IMAX 3 this morning, when Cathe teaches classes at the gym she works at how does she count and talk to everyone taking the class??? Does she not talk as much, and counts out loud more? I wish I could take one of her classes, but living in Florida I doubt that will happen. Anyone on here every take one of Cathe's Classes???

I think she only needs Cedie for strength workouts. She can't keep up with the count since she's talking/coaching/etc.

In aerobic class, I imagine she counts with the song beat/rhythm.

She does fine. It's different in a live class, there isn't quite as much instruction and chatting.
