how do you plan a rotation?

I posted this on another board but I am posting it here also to get more feedback.


This might be a dumb question but how do I plan a rotation.

I just bought a bunch of Cathe workouts but I am not sure how to plan a rotation.

My workouts ( dvds) are
cardio ( SJP,step blast low impact step, basic step. KPC, kick max, low max)
circuits( drill max, bootcamp, low impact circuit, cardio & weights, timesaver, high step training, high step challenge,body fusion, high step circuit)
weights ( muscle max, power hour, ME, pyramid upper/ lower, MIS)


Do I do something like
mon- cardio
tues- circuit
wed- cardio-
thur- weights-
fri-cardio or circuits

My goal is to lose weight if that matters.

I am hopeing someone can help me as I am clueless.

hello Bev your plan looks good just remember that if you train with weights one day the next day should be followed by a straight cardio day. You should have a look at some of the rotations that Cathe has put together. There is a sticky at the top of the video rotation that has all her rotations there i cant remember what the sticky is labeled though. Hope this was even a little helpful. Good luck and have fun!
