How do you mix and match in Imax 2

Hello,
I recently purchased I max 2. It says on the back of the DVD case that you can mix and match different sections. It says to visit Cathe.com to find out how. I have been searching on Cathe.com for this information and cant find it anywhere. Could someone please either explain how to do it or just point me in the right direction so I can find the information on my own?
Thanks!
Shannon

Hi Shannon,

Thought I would chime in here. There are two differant things you can do to 'mix up' Cathe's work outs. With IMax2, you can select the pre-mixes which are already set up for you, OR head to the mix and match part. Each segment of the work out is broken down in the mix and match section of the video. Select the first segment that you want to start with, when you are done doing that, it brings you back to the mix and match menu so you can select the next segment that you want to do ( This is how I understand it works) This lets you do the work out in any order that you wish ( In my case: Doing the hard segments first ) Only thing about doing it this way is you have to always stop when the segment is done and select another one to continue, BUT it's a great feature because you an mix it up any way you want. Just pop in the DVD and wait for the main menu to come up and there you'lll find your mix and match options. All I know is, THAT video ( I think ) has got to be the best one out there that I have as far as pushing your cardio limits.
Hope this helps a little anyway.

I wish the mix and match were set up like the biggest loser workouts; basically you click each segment in the order you want to do them and they just play that way rather than having to go back to the menu after each one and select the next. It just makes the WO go by much smoother and you don't have to stop in the middle of it.

An old version of the website had a page about programming your DVD player. This info is from http://chrstp1.securesites.net/Program_Your _DVD_Player.htm

"If you have purchased a DVD player that allows you to "program", you can mix and match different sections of our DVD's with almost unlimited possibilities. Programming will not only allow you to customize your workouts for your specific needs, but will also give new life and energy to older workouts that you may have already tired of. To program your DVD Player you will need to know the "title" and "chapter" number of each section you would like to do. You can find this information by clicking on the DVD you are interested in below. Then just follow the directions in your players manual."

Scroll down and you will see the Intensity Series and some earlier DVDs. Click on IMAX2/C&W, and it will bring you to this page: http://chrstp1.securesites.net/imax2_cw_chapters.htm

Scroll down towards the bottom of that page, and you will see the list of Title and Chapter numbers. If your DVD can be programmed, you can use that information to mix and match different chapters. Check your DVD user manual to see if yours can be programmed.

Hope that helps!
