how do you fit power hour in a rotation

Dear Cathe and educated crowd-

I just got power hour - I am currently doing MIS and P/S - trying to work each bodypart twice a week and then doing a circuit or combo workout with lighter weights concentrating more on cardio.

How do I work with Power hour - should I do it twice a week and then a third circuit of continue MIS and P/S and do power hour once a week?

Please help.

Hi Bebop!

When I concentrate on working each body part 2X/week, I will usually do each body part from either S&H, CTX or PS one time in the beginning of the week fitting them all in between Monday & Wednesday. I then, take off from doing any strength work for at least two days and then I do a total body workout such as MIS or PowerHour on Friday or Saturday. This works real well for me. There are sooo many ways you can do these tapes, but like you, I like to work each body part twice a week. Have fun!
