Wow...homemade chocolate chip cookies at the bus stop. I will have to get up extra early and beat Michele there!!! I always have room for the "others" food group (especially homemade goodies).:9

You guys all crack me up! Thank you so much for all your advice. I truly enjoy eating "clean" and it felt a little like following BFL EXACTLY had me eating more processed stuff.
Although, what is your take on "supplements" like protein shakes/bars, etc?
I may take the idea of 6 small meals/day but eat "clean." Not worry about whether I'm eating too much protein or too much carb . . .just fresh, unprocessed food.
Are you all finding that eating this way helps your lose/maintain a healthy weight? My goal is to lose 25-30 lbs.
Here's my next question . . . how often do you work out and do you use a combination of strength/cardio?
