Good Morning Cathe!

I did Leaner Legs this morning and although I've done this w/o for about a year or so, there are still parts that kill me! But you and the crew are just moving right along and you are actually able to talk and have a sense of humor throughout -- how is that possible? My question is: In your videos/dvds are there times when you guys just cannot do another rep and have to take a break? Sometimes I just cannot finish the last three static lunges! I know you are in much (much :) ) better shape than me, but I was curious about this as I suffered (in a good way) this morning!

Hi Mary! Oh yes, we feel that too but there is something about the adrenaline that kicks in when you are filming that makes one become bionic}(

But Mary, please continue to listen to your body. If you are burning THAT badly, and push through bad pain, a potential injury is just around the corner. Do as much as you can, working within the limits of GOOD pain, and eventually you will finish and say "what, we're done?"
