Hey, Cathe. I just took a look at your instructing schedule and noticed that you teach twice a day two times a week. Do you work at full capacity on those days? If you do...WOW! If I work out twice a day twice a week will I look like you?
Not likely, since we have totally different body types. But, anyway, you obviously incorporate a good amount of weight training along with your heavy teaching schedule. That probably means you work out twice a day more than just twice a week. (I'm winded just thinking about this.)How do you survive? Do you have to take extra supplements? I know I'd be loading up on vitamin C or I'd be bruising like a peach and my gums would be bleeding. How do you manage to stay so healthy as well as fit?
