How do you do cardio in the morning?

I'm so glad others don't feel like working out during kids' naptime either! People tell me "Just work out when they're napping" but I try to explain, after I get them down I want to go down too! This is why I get up at 5:00 am and do my workouts. Only like I mentioned, doing cardio at that hour is so hard for me so lately I've ended up doing it during naptime, and then I am pooped and then they wake up. But I actually like doing weights at 5:00 am - slow and methodic (unless it's power hour!). So I'm not crazy after all :)

read it each night before setting my alarm!
