How do you deal with stress?

SLEEP of course AND Tap Dancing. If you can sign up for a tap dancing class, I am sure you would find it to be a definite stress buster. It is exhilarating, fun and mind consuming. I think it kicks up the endorphins like nothing else. :7
 
Danna bless you for having such a positive outlook. Many of us can look up to your ability to make sunshine out of rain clouds. Keep up the smiles and you wil be in my prayers.

One thing I like to do when I am stressed aside from the typical... sleep, read, cook, soak in a spa is... to count my blessings. It can do wonders for the "poor me" thoughts.
