how do you compare the 4 day split weights to GS

Just curious, the weight part in the 4 day split, is it easier, harder, same than GS?

what is the difference for those who tried them?
 
I've only done the shoulder work so far, and then I've previewed the rest. From what I can tell, the intensity seems right up there with GS. There are only a few band exercises overall. Her approach is more of a push-pull/superset form so you don't go "all out" on any one body part at once but by the end you feel it! The rep speed/count seems more straight forward, doesnt seem to be alot of pulses, 3 up 1 down variety which was a nice change I thought. I cant wait to do the all upper body premix.
 
The weight parts are no less challenging than the Gym Styles.

I love the 4 day split -- tons of premixes and there is something for everybody.

This is the best series since Cross Train Express if you want a thorough workout in a minimum of time.

Of course, the premixes give you options of longer or shorter workouts.

I love almost every Cathe workout ever made, but I have to say that 4 day split is FABULOSO!
