How do I get the most from Shock Cardio?

I have recieved my shock cardio dvds and my question is....How does my body get the best workout from the variation of dvds?

I have been previewing them and have done HITT 40/20. I love them all I just don't know whch to do next?

What is the best workout shoe to wear? :p
 
I do not know about getting the most from the workouts, I hope Cathe will post a rotation soon! I do know though, that Cathe always says to wear cross training shoes...I hope that helps!
