Hey everyone - nice day - feeling very motivated.
Anyhow I want to build muscle (fortunately I do that pretty easily) and firm my lower body (so i can feel comfortable in shorts)! Overall I want to bring it up a level where I was about 6 years ago and I KNOW it's a big commitment - but I'm ready...
The current positives are: my weight isn't bad - muscle tone not bad - energy level is high - motivation is there - and i have quite a few tapes and am joining a gym and I like to run occasionaly. My eating isn't bad but I may take it up a level and give up white flour and sugar (at least give it a try).
Tapes I have : CTX, Cardiokicks, S&H (LOVE It), interval max (though I'm not crazy about all step so I don't do it much), Power hour, and circuit max (LOVE it)
Based on what I read seems like i could do
wk 1-4 S&H and CTX (cardio) circuit max on saturday
(I've just finished week 3)-gym for cardio
wk 5-9 running 2 days, gym for weights 2 days, LL,
cardio - cardiokick, circuitmax, 10-10-10, powercircuit,
Cathe said to do 1 interval - 2 high - 2 lower
running would be low
Can is use CTX, cardio kick, circuit max for the highs?
Any ideas GREATLY appreciated!
It still seems like I can never get power hour in! Ah not enough days in the week.
