Hi Cathe,
I was wondering.. I am getting back into skating and really need to have great strength and endurance in my legs and back. Skating I have to be able to skate real LOW (and fast) for mintues at a time,
Durring practice the past several weeks I notice my weaknesses in these areas, especially as when skating low you have to bend your knees OVER your feet and the tension in the lower back is crazy.
I have mostly done floor work in the past for legs as I have weak ankles and crooked knees lol.. so doing squats and lunges is a nightmare.. but I will definitly start doing them more now!
I was just wondering what workout of yours you'd recommend and how many times each week?
