How can I obtain missed fitness shows?

Hi, I'm new to this forum and I am just thrilled to be a part of it. Cathe I am a big fan of yours, what a challenge I just love it!
My question is, this morning Monday, 4/19 I was trying to tape your show Pyramid Upper Body and could not because my VCR started acting up. Is there any way I can obtain a copy of this particular episode? This was just the segment I have been waiting for, I will, however, be purchasing the Pyramid Upper Body tape featured here on-line but I would love to receive the one featured today as well P U H L E E Z E I'm willing to pay for it - not a problem.

If you could assist me with this request I'd greatly appreciate it. I love your show keep up the good work and I will continue to be a faithful viewer.

Welcome to the world of Cathe! There's an announcement on the board about a Cathe marathon on FitTV May 1st. I imagine that PUB will be included, but I'm not 100% on that.
