How can I be a video girl?

I think you'd start by getting to the back of the line
If Cathe ever put it out there that forum members could qualify to be in her workouts, it's guaranteed that there would be a virtual stampede!
Cathe has said in the past that she chooses participants from her classes. I remember her posting (I'm paraphrasing) that Rhonda was not a friend of her's originally but a committed, regular participant in her classes with enthusiasm, wonderful form, consistent willingness to work hard and obvious personality. I'd suggest using the 'advanced search' option at the top of the page and go hunting for previous posts on this subject.
I completely understand it being a dream, Cathe's workouts are the best and it would be a priviledge to be asked to be a 'video girl'. Good luck

she did this...........kinda..........the last road trip a few lucky people got to be her background exerciser's, but i believe it was only for personal filming and for fun!!!!!!!and i think it was for like 5 minutes. i am sure someone here can expand since i wasnt even on the roadtrip;-) ...........and i agree with laurie........if it was the real thing, there are thousands ahead of ya!!
I think most workout videos are done that way. The other workouts I do, I know the lead will introduce the participants as either members or fellow instrutors.
I remember the old Firm tapes and reading in a book that the 'class' was made up of both real members of the Firm gym (in Carolina) and instrutors.
I think thats the way it is with most of these workouts. I cannot imagine holding an 'audition' when they have access to what they need right in their own gym.
But never say never. Why in the future wouldn't someone have a member from the forum become a participant?
