How about Avia shoes?

I used to wear Avia shoes for aerobics years ago and it appears that they are still around. I was wondering if anyone can compare Avia to Ryka? I'm not able to find Ryka Enlight II in my size since they are discontinued, but found Ryka Enlight I. Still trying to figure out the best way to go.

I use Avia crosstrainers for aerobics and love them. Since I've never worn Ryka's I can't give you a comparison-sorry. But I do love my Avia's.

I recently bought the Avia 684. I originally bought the 681 but found it didn't cushion enough. I really like the 684 and just noticed that since I bought mine, they have come out with a couple new versions. Comfy, roomy, and stable. I have used Ryka Enlight and really liked those, too, so I think either one is good. But it also really depends on the individual.

For my feet, I actually like Avia aerobic shoes best! When I tried the Ryka's, they were uncomfortable in my arch.

I bought my shoes at Zappos.com--free shipping and free returns, so you can try on a bunch of them in your house and then send back whaichever ones you don't want to keep.

Haven't bought Avias for years.
