How about a workout for the injured

Just a thought. I am impatiently waiting thru a bone fracture in my right foot (my favorite foot) and well, I thought, since you have an injury in one of your legs.....maybe a workout for those who can use only one leg. Sure, maybe a aerobic thing where one just hops on one leg over and over. With your talent for choreography and your high spirits, it could be fun. Who among us hasn't gone through some injury or another that has sidelined us from working out? And who among us hasn't been impatient with waiting through healing. Well, I know it is a nutty idea, but honestly, I am dying here without my cardio!!!!
