Hi Debbie! I've only had a chance this AM to book our room for me, Sanchiebaby & vplan & the Ramada Plaza is already booked up! Kathy had assured me that there would be a room for us. The manager of the hotel is going to get back to me. I'm sure everything will work out but they only reserved 45 rooms? I'll let you know what happens. Kathyx(

Hi Kathy! We are working on it right now. I want to be sure to get a discount for all hotels. I am supposed to hear back today. I will post here as soon as I hear and then, you can all start calling the second hotel. Thanks for you patience.

Thanks so much for handling the 2nd hotel. I didn't think the Ramada would fill up so fast. I've spoken to a reservations clerk at the hotel across the street from the Ramada but the lowest rooms they had were $139.95 a night. I'll be watching for your email & I'll secure the room today hopefully. Thanks again for all your hard work!! It's much appreciated. Hugs, Kathy
