Hope, Lisa, and Rhonda

Hi Cathe,

While I love all your cast members, I really miss Hope and Lisa. Do you think they will ever be included as cast members again?

Also, I am sorry that Rhonda is not in the cast of your new videos.

As I said, I love all the cast, but I sure miss Lisa, Hope, and now Rhonda.

Isn't it funny how people that we workout with frequently become almost like family to us?

There are so many various reasons why cast members come and go but generally speaking life simply pulls people in many directions which makes it very hard to commit to a project like this.

Guess what? If you want to see Lisa, go to the blog and look at the class picture that is posted for the NBC special. You will see Lisa 10 feet to my left in the black capri pants, purple-ish pink tank top, and high pony tail. She still loves to work out, and does so almost everyday, but doesn't have the time to commit to filming anymore. I'll tell her you were asking about her :)
 
Just wan't to add that I miss Rhonda too :(

Hey Cathe! I immediately recognized Lisa when I saw that picture. Yes it's true that your cast becomes like family to us (they're in our homes every week!). While we're on the subject I would like to see more men in the future like you did with Cardio Kicks, Circuit Max, and Bootcamp.
 
I love all the women, but I miss Rhonda too and have always liked her because of her facial expressions! When she's struggling you can see it in her face and it bolsters me as well. And, when she's doing some cardio she likes, she's all smiles and bouncy.
 
I love Rhonda in Power Hour. I always look at her when the going gets rough. Her expressions reflect exactly what I'm feeling at the moment. ;)
 
I liked Rhonda too. I always wondered if she had to go because she was so much taller:D I read that she was 5'6" and everyone else is around 5'2".
 
Rhonda is in the Hardcore Series. Muscle Max and I'm not sure which others. I know in the Slow and Heavy Series Cathe mentioned that she moved to Georgia so if she is still there then that's probably why she isn't in more workouts. Just a guess anyway:)

Cathe, you are so right about you guys seeming like family. Working out with you guys everyday, it feels like we know you.

I am glad that you pointed Lisa out. Definitely let her and any other former crew members you still see know that we all miss them. The workouts they filmed may have been years ago but to us, we just worked out with them today, or yesterday, last week, last month, etc.

I love all of your crew members past and present. :D
 
Wow, neat to see Lisa! I didn't recognize her. She looks so different to me. Looks like a fun class!

I'd heard that Rhonda had moved back (I think she actually posted back then about it).
 
Thanks, Cathe! Please tell Hope, Lisa, and Rhonda we love and miss them and thank them for being such great cast members.

They do seem like family -- when you see the faces almost every day from video to video, they become like friends.
 
Rhonda goes way back -- almost as far as Cedie.

She is in many of Cathe's early all step videos and has been in almost every series for at least a few workouts.

She is a really sweet person and she really projects on video.

Her faces are the cutest!
