Hooray! Finally!

After six months, I think I can honestly say that my torn calf muscle is finally healed. I've been pushing it lately, and it's holding up just fine. I can do hops, pivots, jacks, and lots of calf raises! All I need to do is strengthen it enough to do the real jumps, like all those plyo moves.

Whew.

Thanks, all you ladies, for putting up with me during this time! I know I've whined a lot. Special thanks go to the gals on the Melters check-in and on the Arrow thread. You all have given me lots of support!!

Now then, I'm going to go knock on wood, cross my fingers, and hope I just haven't jinxed myself by saying this....;)
 
Shannon, hip-hip-hooray!:7 Isn't that a great feeling when your body finally cooperates with your head?:) So happy, its healed up all nice and sound, enjoy your workouts worry free from now on.
 
Cuz -- I'm so happy for you! I know how much you missed that crazy cardio stuff, but don't you overdo it, ya hear!? Go easy and gradually work up to the heavy duty high impact stuff, or I'm coming over there!:*
