I just read the thread about you doing 100 pushups and I just think that is amazing! I've been able to do the 72 drop set pushups that Cathe does in Gym Style, but you rest between the drop sets. How in the world did you do 100 straight pushups? I can't even imagine this, but I want to try it. Can you give me some ideas on what goals you made? Like, in two weeks I want to be able to do 30 pushups, in four week, 40 pushups. Is that what you did? What kind of count did you do while doing them? Slow or fast.
Also, out of curiosity, how many pull ups/chin ups can you do in a row?

Thanks! You are a true inspiration! I'll be turning 40 in March and even though I'm in the best shape of my life, I really doubt I'll be able to do what you did!
