Okay, I am bringing buffalo grilled shrimp.

My T-shirt is sleeveless, white with black print on the back that says " I am having an Outer Body Experience!"

Okay,let's see, a trivia question....

Here is an easy one - Who produces all of Cathe's workouts ( the producer, not the company..)????

LOL... I told you I was bad at this..... I looked at my calendar and I did MIS about two weeks ago and also PLB within that time so I knew I'd heard it on one of those, just guessed the wrong one.

Hi Kathryn,

Here is the Green Tea, Blueberry & Banana Smoothie recipe (its excellent)
3 T. water
1 green tea bag
2 t.honey
1 1/2 C. Frozen blueberries
1/2 med. banana
3/4 lite soy milk (or skim if you prefer)

Microwave water until steaming hot in small glass bowl. Add tea bag and brew for 3 minutes. Remove bag, add honey and stir until dissolved.
In blender combine berries, banana & milk.
Add tea to blender. Blend on highest setting until smooth.
3 grams of fat and 8 grams of fiber per serving.

I got this out of Prevention Magazine and have been making it very often, cuz it's so yummy!
