Roadtripping, I would indulge, fussily, which is how I do resturants. I'm a great tipper though! Things on the side, whole wheat, please, easy on the syrup or sugar and all that jazz. You can never really know what is in food when eating out unless you frequent the organic places so when we go out I live dangerously, eat lightly and try to be a little bit of a risk taker. I eat raw shrimp in ceviche with garlic fish that's been cooked in a little too much fat. I'll even eat white flour, that's how wild I am. At home, I had tofu and brown rice cooked in garlic on a bed of mixed greens that had to be eaten before they wilted or got slippery, ewwww. I think I'm getting maudlin over missing the roadtrip, lol! Who has eyesight good enough to pick out dear Catheites from the photo posted in the Ask Cathe Forum? I think I may need glasses!
