Home Trippers: Saturday morning workout

Oh Shoot Kathryn I forgot we have to do more workouts today! The Sculpting class is ok as I do weights everyday but a second cardio after I did imax this am :( Ok I can do this! I think I can I think I can....

That's how I felt after doing Low Max this morning! But I can do it (if I go light on the lower body work, and use the kickboxing as an upper body workout primarily). I plan to do either S/S or P/P, since they are a bit lighter than some workouts.

And you don't HAVE to do the workouts...but it's fun to try to do them!
 
I got boot camp in today, but no where close to 9:30. I needed to watch Lance ride in the tour de france. I am always amazed how tired I am while doing bootcamp but feel acomplished when I have finished.
 
Well, I'm sorry to say I wasn't able to do Low Max today after all. I had a very late breakfast (due to a "honey, I'm buying a car right now, so could you drive from PA to DE with the car title and a big fat check?"). I figured that after my late meal any Cathe workout would make me puke (and I mean that literally, with lots of affection!), so I did a Kari Anderson step workout instead. I hadn't done it in ages and it was SO easy. Man, I've come a long way with Cathe!

I can't do the evening workout because we are off to a concert. I'll join in again tomorrow, however.
