Hey Pam. I just did LBB for the first time too. LOVED it. I loved the variety, especially loved those Warrior Lunges with the disc and that 2 count down/hold/singles in/2 count up move. Buuuuuuuuuuuurns so good. We'll see how I feel tomorrow!

Hi Gayle!! Oh my gosh- those harmless looking paper-plate lunges hurt sooo good! I hear ya!! We may both be regretting that soon! I have a love-hate relationship with paper-plates now!!

OK, just finished. It was definitely fun, but I didn't think it was particularly hard. It's a nice toner one and you're right - those warrior lunges are great fun.

I loved how she exhausted a muscle and then moved on. I actually slung my band at the tv when we were done with it. I really loved it.

The beauty is that you can make the workout as hard or easy as you want. If you want to up the "burn" ....once you know the workout well, you can increase weight on certain segments, and/or keep the blasts running right until we actually start the next exercise, and/or go to a heavier resistance on your band.

If you want any help modifying in anyway, I'd be happy to share some more ideas too :)

I just did LBB today, and later learned that at choir rehearsal my director was going to make everyone stand for most of it. (Actually, I have to say, my Cardio Coach CDs and Cathe DVDs have conditioned my legs so that it's not that bad. :))

I find it very impressive that after doing that routine I can't feel my legs.
