Hi Everyone! Monday is here, hope you're in gear. Started my morning with Bootcamp chased by an afternoon leg workout. While I'm officially fried and lovin' it, I may squeeze in an upper body workout later! How is your Monday going?

Hedge Trimming this morning for an hour, S & H Chest, Tris, & Abs before lunch! Lifted heaviest yet! All the long levers! yes, yes, YES!

Okay, I really get the shakin' part....:)

Did anyone tell you yet your road trip menu looks terrific! yum!

So far so good! Can't wait to get out of work. Gonna do a little MMA Boxing then I promised a friend i'd help her paint her ceiling. Hm.... musta been crazy to offer to do that on a Monday night!! haha!

Happy Monday!! Going great so far! Did some High-Step Challenge and now I have a big appetite for Butts & Guts!! Bring it on!! :eek::eek:

It started out very Monday-ish, but now that it's getting closer to quitting time it's looking better :p

I've got PUB on tap for tonight. I haven't done that one in ages, and LOVE IT. Which is good, b/c it's up for the next month. I apologize in advaced for anything I may say to you during the bicep section!

Started my morning with STS #19, than added Body Max 2 Cardio Timesaver Premix and Step Jump Pump Cardio Premix...Fun, fun, fun!! Might try to add some abs in later this evening (if my kids let me).
 
I did Muscle Max this morning. I am planning on some cardio later today. Either a long bike ride with my husband, or Athletic Step. Depends on the weather.

Did Muscle Max upper body yesterday, need to do Cardio something today and Legs tomorrow. I wish I had the time to do more, but that's the way it goes. Three workouts in one day - really? One sounds like a cop-out now. ha
 
Hi Cathe! I did Cardio Kicks for the first time ever today. I used 1lb weighted gloves, and then finished with KPC abs for good measure. CK was a really fun workout and I loved the guys in the video. Definitely an oldie but goodie. :)
 
I did Muscle Max this morning too! If my legs didn't feels so shaky right now I would add some cardio tonight, just to see how I would handle this "multiple workouts in one day" idea. :)
 
I ended up doing a 2 mile jog by myself. My husband decided he needed to hit the weights!

I ran 4 miles today, picked up my dogs ran another 2 miles:p I also did HiiT 30/30 plus Ab Circuit Med ball abs! I am beat today, lol!
