Hip Measurement

Can someone please tell me the exact way to measure your hips. I heard high hip, low hip, hippy hip hip. Anyway depending on where I place the tape measure I can go anywhere from 34 to 35.5 So something is wrong. Is it one inch below the belly button 2 inches. Help!! I want to record my measurements but accurately. Any help would be appreciated. Karen

I just measure around the biggest part.

You're supposed to measure around the biggest part. Pretty much the middle of the glute area.

Right at that point where the glute protudes the most.
