HIIT Max 30 Day real time challenge

I've just found Bodyrock on youtube and the free 30 day HIIT max videos.
The 3o workouts look awesome and I plan to do them two -three times per week as a warm up and then giving the 30 day challenge a go.
These workouts look too strenuous though to do everyday as the instructor suggests.

Has anyone completed the workout challenge for 30 days? Id love to know your thoughts. Or anyone who has used these workouts.
I'm just not sure if doing this style of Tabata type of workout daily is a good or bad idea.

I've tried other 30 day HIIT challenges that are similar. (on youtube check out Cyclonefit and Millionaire Hoy if you want some similar full length workouts by people with more clothes on) And while its not recommended I find these are sometimes more like met-con workouts that aren't necessarily the HIIT we might think of when Cathe does HIIT (ie RWH Low Impact one and two and Plyo One and Two). Reality is that you must listen to your body and take a rest day or two if/when you need it.

Thank you so much! I might move onto cyclone fit. :) you are right about not wearing any clothes lol. I don't know how the trainer doesn't have a nip slip lol I know I would have however, id never wear what she does at home let alone in public :eek:

I honestly just find these 30 or 40 day challenges too stressful. lol.

Millionaire Hoy is awesome! I do not follow along with his challenges or daily routines though. I would just be thoroughly pooped. :eek:
 
Millionaire Hoy also does a "news update" where he lists out about 10 of the "best" youtube workouts which is another good way to find Hiit workout options. (I think you can get to them via his playlists without having to watch the video).
