Hiit circuit lower body

Whew! Short and sweet but tough! My legs got wobbly towards the end BUT the reps were just enough to push you.....hard! I also felt it in the upper body a bit due to the weights! An added bonus. I did the premix with bonus abs #1 at the end. The problem is that after you finish the abs there is a short (1 minute) stretch for the abs then THATS IT. The credits rolled. I had to go back to the main menu, chapters and choose the stretch for the main wkout. Bummer.
 
I usually like to due a stretch before abs anyway because I find I can focus and move better if I'm stretched out before abs. So I'll probably just due the workout then add abs after like I did yesterday with the low impact and abs #2.
 
Good point! I'll have to do it that way I guess. I just don't prefer to stretch completely and be on the floor then have to get back up :(. I also noticed that my heart rate went back up during the standing portion of the abs. This is still a decent wkout though! An editing mistake I suppose.
