Hi Everyone -

For those of you who have done this HIIT Cardio workout with the 30/20 and the 40/20 (I think I have that right) - in your opinion do you think you need the step for this? Or could you improvise with a high step that has a couple risers taken out?

I don't have the regular step like in this video...that's why I am curious! :)

Yes I think you could do almost all the moves with a few modifications. And being a little more careful with some moves since the step is much smaller (and therefore maybe not quite as stable). You can't do the last move on 40/20 exactly. The straddle wide jump up on step. You would have to do the jump narrow. Also 30/30 has fast feet shuffle while moving around the step. Maybe just stay in place.
