I am doing October 2008 rotation (Lean Muscle). This is the first rotation I've done that I have all the major DVD's. I've made some substitutes for the cardio, but I have the major muscle DVD's. I'm in week three and I like the results.
Yesterday I did HIS 4DS in its entirety. I love, love, the first combo, first intensity blast, second intensity blast and the third combo in the step portion of this DVD. I must admit at first I thought Id never get the foot work and once I did get it I couldnt get through the step workout without marching in place to catch my breath.
Last night I kept up with Cathe throughout the work out. I cant get over how much more strength and endurance I've gained.
