This is REALLY strange, but I ordered mine 2 weeks ago, never got an e-mail saying it was shipped, and it just showed up on my doorstep a week after I ordered it. I got an e-mail saying it had been shipped AFTER I had already received it.
 
That's strange! Well it least you got one..eventually! :7 For some reason the last four orders I've had with SNM, I haven't received an email and I used to! I thought after all the hoopla dies down over the Body Blast series, I'll email them and ask about it.
 
I believe the emails come from UPS. I received my email when my topper was shipped. Love the high step!

Yes, they do come from UPS. It's a service they provide to their customers who use them for shipping. There are so many reasons why an email might not show up. You know how it is on the Internet ... strange things just happen sometimes and no one knows why. As long as the product arrives, that's all that matters!

I'll bet it's because my emailed changed this summer and they're emailing to my old one. I'll have to find out if I can get it changed!
 
Oh it could be! It probably takes a while to get it updated on all the different sites. I know when I changed from Earthlink to AOL last year, I missed a few sites and probably lost some emails. It happens! I ordered my high step on Friday, and I'm hoping it ships tomorrow!! Can't wait to receive it!!!!

Well you enjoy! I did ME today and I loved doing it with my new High Step! I bought the extra riser so I would have 16 inches. I have previously been doing the leg presses at 14 (that's as high as I could get). Those extra 2 inches make a huge difference! This was a very wise purchase and I'm glad I got it! Can't wait to hear how you like it!:7
