so....just how many workouts use the high step, I don't think I'm ready for it just yet, but I've been thinking about it since before X-mas last year, something I'd like to use, for sure. I have this idea I'd like to be able to do 4-DS by next Christmas, I've been pretty cautious about not pushing too hard and allowing some self some time to adjust to more cardio, heavier weights (& pushups), at times it seems like a snails pace, but I look back to just six months ago...I wasn't doing anything.
Sometimes things just stick in your head and doing some routines with the high step, having that kind of leg strength, well it's what I want to work up to.
My January goals are going pretty good, I thought maybe you guys could fill me in on what DVD's use the high step, and your favorites.
